Lead Return Policy
We always strive to provide the best quality leads for our Zololaw clients, but unfortunately, invalid leads fall through the cracks occasionally. When this happens, you can return invalid leads within 7 calendar days of receiving them by clicking on the “Start” button below.

Our team will take the necessary steps to verify your return. However, the more detail and supporting documents you can provide us, the faster we can process the return. If a return is granted, we will credit your Zololaw account balance for the price of the lead. Lead return may take up to 5 business days to process.

Here are a few ways returns can be granted:

Wrong Lead Type: If you receive a lead from a Bid where the Lead Type or Lead Address (zipcode) does not align with the Lead Type or Bid Scope it was delivered to.

Example #1 - If you receive a lead for a Personal Injury case but your bid was for Motor Vehicle Accidents only - that lead would be eligible for return.

Example #2 - If you receive a lead that is in California but your bid was for Texas - that lead would be eligible for return.

Spam/Fake Lead: The lead appears to be fabricated, bot-generated, or otherwise submitted with no genuine intent to seek legal services.

Duplicate Lead: If you received more than one version of the same lead through our service, you should return all the leads aside from the original lead.

Not The Property Owner: The person who submitted the lead form does not own the property, nor do they have authority to sell the property.

No Insurance: The potential client does not have applicable insurance coverage relevant to the case, such as no auto insurance or no identifiable at-fault party with coverage.

Already Settled: The potential client has already resolved, settled, or closed their case prior to being delivered as a lead.

Outside Statute of Limitations: The case falls outside the legally allowable timeframe to file a claim in the relevant jurisdiction.

Invalid Contact Information: The phone number and email listed in the lead are invalid, and you cannot locate alternative contact information for the potential client. Invalid refers to phone numbers that are disconnected, reach the wrong person, and/or emails that bounce back.

Other (Additional Info Required): If your reason for disputing a lead is not listed above, please provide supporting documents (call recordings, email/text screenshots, medical records, etc.) and as many details as possible to support why a return should be granted. Without context and documentation, returns submitted as "Other" will not be reviewed or processed.
